What is the status of my online order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive email updates concerning your order status. Alternately, you can sign in to your account and view the current status of your order.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order that has not yet shipped please send us a message using the Contact Us Form. Please provide your full name and order number.

What if my delivered order is damaged?

If an order your received from contains a damaged or defective item(s) please Start A Return. We will provide you with a free return label to return the item(s). If you have a specific concern or comment regarding the order you can contact us using the Contact Us Form.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within one business day Monday through Friday except for major US holidays or unless otherwise stated on the product’s page. Orders placed before 3:00PM CST ship same day. 

Domestic orders are shipped using various carriers. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment

What are my shipping options?

Domestic Orders

  • Standard shipping $0.00 estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping $7.99 estimated transit time is 2-3 business days.
  • Express shipping $22.99 estimated transit time is 1-2 business days.

International Orders

USPS First Class Mail International tracking available to select destinations. Add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their estimated transit times.

What if I had an issue with my delivery?

If you have any issues with delivery of your order send us message using the Contact Us Form please provide your full name, order number and a detailed message. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours or less.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Free returns are provided to orders delivered in the 50 United States. You can return any item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after it has been delivered.

How do I exchange an item?

In order to expedite the return process and get the items you want to you as fast as possible, we find it best that you return any item you’d like to exchange for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This process allows for you to get the items you want quicker. When we receive your return we will simply issue you a refund to the original method of payment within 24-48 hours after all item(s) have been received. Please allow another 7 - 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.
