Returns must be in brand new condition with all tags, labels attached, in original boxes, with all paperwork, parts and accessories if any.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless a defective or wrong product was shipped.
All returns require a RMA number in order to be processed. A RMA number must be requested within 30 days of order receipt. Returns received without a RMA will be refused by our shipping department and will be sent back to the sender. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24-48 hours after all product(s) have been received. Please allow another 7 - 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.
Returns must be received by MMA Sharp with seven days of RMA issuance for this guarantee to apply.
Request a RMA number by creating a ticket. On the ticket form, under message details enter:
• My E-mail Address: Your email address
• Subject: RMA Request
• Description/Question: Order number, Product Code(s) for product(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
For hygienic reasons and the safety of all our customers the following products cannot be return even if they are brand new an unopened; compression shorts, mouth guards, protective cups, socks, swim suits, supplements, undergarments. Elevation Training Masks can be returned as long as they are unopened with the tamper proof security label intact.
In order to expedite the return process and get the products you want to you as fast as possible, we find it best that you return any product you’d like to exchange for a refund and place a new order for the product you want. This process allows for you to get the products you want quicker. When we receive your return we will simply issue you a refund to the original method of payment within 24-48 hours after all product(s) have been received.
